2009 Impact Statements from Extension Specialists should be submitted by February 1, 2010 via the SUPER appraisal module. The SUPER Activity Reports, which include statewide counts for outcome indicators, will be useful for your impact statements. Please see the file below to access the Activity Reports. SUPER Foundations Training is a series of hands-on courses provided annually to all Extension employees. SUPER Foundations are designed to acquaint new Extension employees with SUPER, and provide a great refresher for experienced SUPER users. Visit with your regional program leader, regional IT personnel or department head to learn about upcoming SUPER Foundations near you. (.pdf)

After our monthly SUPER Regional Retreats, I am often asked, "How do I access the session recording?" The following instructions were provided by Shirley Irwin of UTIA Information Technology. Go to the Centra URL: www.centra.utk.edu/main/extension
Click: ATTEND
Type in Event ID: (It will be 3 capital letters and 6 numbers provided by Meeting Leader)
Click: ATTEND (Disregard note that reads “You can not attend because the event has ended.”) Type in your email address
Click: PLAYBACK
(First Time Centra Users may be asked to Type in your First Name and Last Name. Then click PLAYBACK)
Select User Account: Type in your email address; click Playback
Click: Playback (It’s not necessary to download the playback file unless you want to save it to your harddrive)
If you get a blue box note about privacy laws, click OK
It may take a minute or two for the program to load
